On August 20, 2016, our organization took part in the Ukrainian Independence Day celebration at Centennial Park in Toronto as a cultural vendor.

We proudly represented the Crimean Tatar community with a booth that featured traditional crafts, educational materials, and cultural displays. Our presence highlighted the shared values and historic bonds between Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars, and helped raise awareness of our heritage among festival visitors.

It was a day of unity, visibility, and cultural exchange — in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Ukrainian celebration.
